Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces from Hope Jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns for unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@hopejewellery.net.au with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please email us before sending it back so we can confirm stock availability. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out your replacement.


Faulty or Incorrect Items:

We take great care in quality-checking all pieces before they leave our studio. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.


Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
